Spring has come and we are looking forward to joining and attending new festivals and interesting events in Algarve!
Serra de Monchique Traditional Sausage Fair will be held between 7th and 8th of March at Monchique Council, where sausages, handicrafts, honey, “medronho”, sweets and exquisite tasty food will be featuring from 10:00 until 19:00. The organizers will prepare special “tapas” and innovative ways of serving sausages, along with many attractions and surprises for the visitors willing to discover the local magical flavors.
After an amazing journey among Monchique’s cuisine, you will be expected next at Loulé Rally 2020, which will take place at Serra do Caldeirão between 14th and 15th of March 2020.
Being one of the oldest and most popular events, this year the Loulé Rally is proud to be the first exclusive event of the Southern Rally Championship to obtain the “Ecoevento” seal by Algar, which will translate in providing competitors with waste collection material produced by them, as well as placing differentiated waste containers in the spectacle areas recommended to the public.
This Spring you can also enjoy the HumorFest nights in Lagoa, starting with 07th of March – “Ding Dong”, continuing with 14th of March- “The Meaning of Things… And Stuff” by António Raminhos and concluding with 27th of March “Coming out of the Shell” by Luís Aleluia & Vítor Emanuel.
